Recognition for Leading the Way in Disability Inclusion

The National Organization on Disability (NOD) recently awarded The Viscardi Center a 2018 Leading Disability Employer Seal for demonstrating exemplary hiring and employment practices for people with disabilities. NOD — a nonprofit that promotes the full participation and contributions of America’s 57 million people with disabilities in all aspects of life — bestowed the seal at the Annual Corporate Leadership Council Forum in Falls Church, Virginia. Jennifer J. Neft, Vice President, Administration, accepted the award on behalf of the Center.“Each year, our Human Resources team strives to improve and enhance the Center and School’s practice of recruiting, retaining and advancing individuals with disabilities,” said John D.
