For over 20 years, the National Business & Disability Council has supported over 50 employers in their commitment to disability inclusive employment. Our comprehensive resources for disability best practices have aided our Corporate Partners in strengthening and diversifying their workforce. Ultimately, this has increased employment opportunities for people with disabilities and helped ensure our partners comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other federal regulations. From our successful Emerging Leaders Internship Program, to our trainings, technical assistance, and digital accessibility services, we are truly proud of the support we’ve been able to provide to help employers leverage the talents and skills of employees with disabilities.
Recently, we’ve had opportunities to connect with many of our Corporate Partners and learn more about companies’ evolving needs related to hiring, retaining, and serving people with disabilities. Our conversations have helped us evaluate our suite of solutions to better serve you and we are pleased to expand our portfolio of services in a myriad of ways. We look forward to continuing to offer the signature services that our partners have greatly benefited from, along with the following:
- Professional development programs for employees with disabilities and HR professionals
- Regional, thought-leader focused events
- Internal assessments and gap analyses
- Consulting partnerships with trainings focused on customer service, talent acquisition, marketing and public relations, etc.
- …and more!
We’re thrilled that more and more companies are focused on increasing their disability inclusive practices. Our commitment to supporting you in this is unwavering, and we look forward to adding value to your companies. We’ll be reaching out soon to share more about our upcoming plans. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to learn more about our new services, or simply to say hello!
Sincerely,
