National Business & Disability Council to host “Moving from Awareness to Action” summit for National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
The National Business and Disability Council (NBDC) at The Viscardi Center, in partnership with international professional services firm Jacobs, is pleased to announce a Virtual Disability Inclusion Summit: Moving from Awareness to Action in celebration of October’s National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). The event will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM EST. The event will consist of a series of informative sessions designed to help companies have a better understanding of how to recruit people with disabilities, recognize the benefits derived from disability inclusion, and provide organizations with useful tactics to build a disability inclusive culture.
