Josh Loebner, Director of Strategy and DEI, DesignsensoryJosh Loebner
Director of Strategy and DEI, Designsensory

Josh is a blind disability advocate, has been in the advertising industry for 20+ years and is a PhD candidate focusing on advertising and disability in the Rhetorics, Communication and Information Design program at Clemson University. At advertising agency Designsensory, he leads inclusive strategies for clients and industry professionals. Boards served on include the American Advertising Federation Mosaic Council, Adweek Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council, TravelAbility Summit and City of Knoxville Mayor’s Council on Disability Issues. He is among the inaugural speakers of the ADCOLOR APEX minority speakers bureau. Josh was awarded the American Advertising Federation Silver Medal and is a recipient of the National Federation of the Blind scholarship. He writes for Adweek focusing on advertising and disability.
