While educating and preparing children and adults with disabilities for the workforce, we help foster self advocacy and support the development of the essential life skills they need to achieve their goals and lead integrated, active and independent lives. We also offer programs and services that assist in overcoming challenges and increase self-reliance.
• Adapted Driver Education for new teen and adult drivers with varied physical and developmental disabilities,
aging individuals with driving concerns, and those who may require assistive or vehicle modifications
following an injury or illness. The Adapted Driver Education program is designed to assess the ability of
persons with disabilities, aging adults and senior citizens to drive and to teach them how to utilize assistive
devices as needed and operate modified and traditional vehicles.
• Assistive Technology that lets people with disabilities, as well as those who require assistive devices, to
fully participate at school, work, home and in the community.
• Case Management Services to assist individuals with disabilities in understanding their vocational needs and provide career guidance.
